Eva’s Reformer journey began while traveling through the United States, and a few years later she completed the PLTS Academy in 2019. Since then, she’s been sharing her passion for (Reformer) Pilates with others. What she loves most about teaching at PLTS is the combination of control and intensity—strength meets sweat, all to the rhythm of the music.
