Changing Rooms

Still need to change? No worries, you can use the changing rooms to get ready for your workout. Our lovely staff at PLTS Oost are making sure that you’re provided with everything you need.

Showers

There’s no better reward than a comforting shower after a sweaty workout. Our Pilates Studio in Amsterdam Oost has showers with heavenly-scented shampoo and shower gel.

Towels

You don't always feel like lugging around a big bag. That’s why a fresh towel is waiting for you at the reception. And we can tell you one thing: you will need it during your workout! Need a shower after your intense workout? Ask for a shower towel at the front desk.

Refreshments
