Ilya

Meet Ilya, an enthusiastic PLTS Instructor from Amsterdam. Ilya appreciates PLTS Reformer Pilates because she loves the mix between how highly intensive it is but also how in tune you are with your body. Ilya loves teaching at PLTS because it gives her a lot of energy, and she feels like she can give that back to the clients. Each sequence she learns something new and challenges her own body in different ways. Her teaching style is extremely energetic, she motivates clients to give it their all and have fun doing so.

Ilya’s a Master's student in Econometrics at the University of Amsterdam and works as a Risk Analyst. Additionally, Ilya’s been playing the bass for the past 11 years as a hobby so that definitely helps with incorporating musicality with her classes.
