PLTS Reformer Pilates Instructor

Rotterdam-based Josephine graduated from dance academy as a dancer & dance teacher in 2014. Until 2017, she taught different styles of dance and later mat Pilates all over Rotterdam. As she also had a huge love for traveling she became a cabin attendant, which she nowadays combines with teaching at PLTS.

You can always count on Josephine's enthusiasm & positive encouragement but she also likes to remind you on getting the most out of your body.
