PLTS Reformer Pilates Instructor

Silvia is originally from Barcelona, Spain. She started dancing when she was 6 years old and has never stopped moving since then. She started taking Pilates lessons as a way to strengthen her body for dancing but then she fell in love with it. She has got her Pilates Mat certification and since then she just wanted to keep on studying other fitness techniques.

That is why she studied to become a fitness instructor and personal trainer as well. When she discovered PLTS she instantly knew she wanted to become a Reformer Instructor!

She Ioves teaching to the beat of the music and sharing her passion for health and movement. She really believes in having fun while exercising and enjoying every minute of each workout.
